About Us

Angela Stevens, Medical Director, MEtime Psychiatry & Co.

Angela Stevens is a seasoned healthcare executive and Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of progressive leadership in the medical field. Her career spans roles from Licensed Practical Nurse to Registered Nurse and Chief Nursing Officer, and ultimately to Nurse Practitioner, equipping her with both frontline clinical bedside insight and executive-level perspective. 


She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Angela is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree to further expand her impact as a scholar and healthcare leader. 


As the Medical Director of MEtime Psychiatry & Co., Angela leads with vision and purpose, blending clinical expertise with compassionate, culturally affirming care and integrating evidence-based psychiatry with holistic approaches that empower individuals and communities. 


Beyond her professional life, Angela is deeply invested in community empowerment. She is a member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and the Charles County NAACP, where she advocates for equity, access, and mental wellness. She and her husband, Earl Stevens, Chief Operating Officer of the practice, share a commitment to entrepreneurship and building a legacy. Together, they are proud parents of a blended family of seven adult children and grandparents to four. 


In her free time, Angela enjoys traveling, creating a welcoming and warm home, especially during the holiday season, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, and indulging in Hallmark Christmas movies. A devoted Christian, her greatest joy is spending time with her grandchildren and nurturing her faith, which guides both her personal and professional journey. 

Earl Stevens, Chief Operating Officer, MEtime Psychiatry & Co.

Earl Stevens serves as the Chief Operating Officer of MEtime Psychiatry & Co., where he brings a powerful blend of military discipline, executive leadership, and technological expertise to support the mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. A decorated U.S. Army veteran, Earl earned the respected rank of 1SG,  and proudly served 25 years on active duty, which included two combat tours in Iraq, where he earned the Bronze Star. His commitment to service continued in the federal government, where he spent 16 years in senior information technology leadership roles, including Field Technology Officer, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Officer (CIO).


Earl holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.


At MEtime Psychiatry & Co., Earl oversees the operational, financial, and strategic functions that keep the practice running smoothly. His leadership ensures that every system, both behind the scenes and patient-facing, supports MEtime’s promise of timely access, personalized care, and a healing-centered environment. Earl’s ability to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive long-term growth is vital to MEtime’s mission and presence in the community.


Earl is married to Angela Stevens, Founder and Medical Director of MEtime Psychiatry & Co., and together they lead with purpose, faith, and a shared commitment to mental wellness. They share a beautiful blended family of seven children and four grandchildren. When he’s not working, Earl enjoys staying active, tackling home projects, traveling, and cheering for his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Naomi Lippitt-Jones, Psychiatric Medical Assistant & Office Manager, MEtime Psychiatry & Co.

Naomi Lippitt-Jones is the Psychiatric Medical Assistant and Office Manager at MEtime Psychiatry & Co., where she supports patient care, manages daily operations, and helps maintain the practice's warm, healing environment.


With 4 years of healthcare experience, Naomi brings strong clinical skills, excellent organizational skills, and a compassionate presence to the MEtime team. She assists with patient intake, scheduling, documentation, and clinical coordination, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for every patient.


Naomi is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and aspires to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).


Outside of work and school, she is a devoted wife and mother who enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family. Naomi is proud to serve the MEtime community and supports the mission to “Protect Your Peace – Protect Your Purpose.”
