Angela Stevens is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience spanning nearly every corner of the medical field. Her career journey includes leadership roles such as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Director of Nursing (DON), Registered Nurse (RN), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Originally from Lansing, Michigan, Angela now proudly calls Dallas, Texas, home.
Angela holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, further expanding her impact as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and healthcare leader.
Angela is deeply invested in community empowerment and is an active member of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce and the Charles County NAACP. She serves as the Medical Director of MEtime Psychiatry & Co., where she blends clinical expertise with compassionate, culturally affirming care.
Angela shares her life and entrepreneurial journey with her husband and business partner, Earl Stevens, who serves as Chief Operating Officer of their practice. Together, they are the proud parents of seven children and grandparents to four.
Outside of her professional life, Angela enjoys traveling, decorating her home—especially during the holiday season—watching Pittsburgh Steelers football, and indulging in Hallmark Christmas movies. Her greatest joy is spending quality time spoiling her grandchildren.
Earl Stevens brings over 40 years of leadership, military, and government service experience to MEtime Psychiatry & Co., where he proudly serves as Chief Operating Officer, Life Coach, and Relationship Advisor. A decorated U.S. Army veteran, Earl served 25 years on active duty, including two combat tours in Iraq. He earned the prestigious Bronze Star and achieved the rank of First Sergeant (1SG) before retiring from military service.
Following his military career, Earl transitioned into the federal government, where he spent 16 years applying his 40+ years of Information Technology (IT) expertise. His roles included Field Technology Officer, Deputy Chief Information Officer, and ultimately, Chief Information Officer (CIO), where he led strategic innovation and organizational development initiatives.
Earl holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Master of Science in Information Assurance, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Maryland Global Campus. His passion for personal development and communication fuels his work as a life coach and relationship advisor, where he helps individuals and couples build healthier, more intentional lives.
Earl is married to Angela Stevens, his wife and business partner, with whom he shares a blended family of seven children and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, tackling DIY home improvement projects, traveling, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
