Angela Stevens is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry and mental health disorders across the lifespan. With over 19 years of experience in the medical field, Angela is passionate about advocating for mental health services and addressing the growing health risks associated with obesity. She believes in a holistic approach, integrating biological, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being into her practice.
Angela is committed to providing patient-centered care and strives to build strong, trusting, therapeutic, and motivating relationships with her patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue University Global in Lafayette, IN. She is pursuing further professional development as a Doctor of Nursing Practice candidate at Purdue University Global.
In her leisure time, Angela enjoys mentoring graduating psychiatric nurse practitioners, educating the community on proper mental health strategies, and spending quality time with family and friends.
